FOR TODAY January 26, 2009 (My daddy's 66th birthday!!!) . . .
Outside my window . . .
It is an icky looking day. Showers are predicted but who knows.
I am thinking . . .
About what I am going to do for supper
I am thankful for . . .
my dad having a drier
From the kitchen . . .
We made 40 pounds of ground meat into chili and put a hog and 3 chickens on the pit yesterday. I also made (from scratch) a banana pudding and a pecan pie for my dad for his birthday. Talk about a busy day.
I am wearing . . .
blue denim dress and flips
I am creating . . .
pretty much nothing this week. I am reading a lot.
I am going . . .
to have chocolate cake tomorrow for National Chocolate Cake day!
I am reading . . .
Pride by Rachel Vincent and next up is Second Chance Pass by Robyn Carr. Both are in a series and are great!
I am hoping . . .
the rain will come and go so I can hang stuff out on the line
I am hearing . . .
silence
Around the house...
it is chaos and clutter
One of my favorite things...
new book smell
A few plans for the rest of the week:
survive
Here is picture thought I am sharing . . . gotta love him!
